Kindly download, print and complete the application form (INFORMATION>DOWNLOADS>DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD).

Copies are also available at the school office.

The following documents must be submitted together with the application form:

• the prospective learner’s identity document/unabridged birth certificate (of certified copy thereof);
• copies of the identity documents of BOTH parent(s)/guardian(s). (If one parent is deceased or truant, an affidavit with the details is required);
• proof of ability to pay school fees (3 months bank statements/salary slips from both parents);
• affidavit declaring intention to pay for school fees (both parents and commissioner of oaths to sign;
• a behaviour reference/testimonial from the primary school;
• the prospective learner’s December 2020 report;
• proof of residential address;
• a health reference issued by a registered medical doctor of health clinic;
• one standard size ID photo (taken in 2021).

Please note that a limited number of learners can be accommodated because of the facility restraints imposed by the specialised nature of teaching venues such as the workshops and technical drawing classrooms.

Your child’s application for admission will only be approved in the course of Term 3. If the application is successful, you will receive a letter of confirmation of enrolment.
