For World Down Syndrome Awareness Day on the 21st of March, the teachers at Newton dressed up with mismatched socks in support of Down Syndrome awareness.
A campaign was also launched to raise funds for the Port Elizabeth Down Syndrome Association (PEDSA). Our passionate, empathic staff made the most of this opportunity and collected donations from family and friends.
A very big thank you to each person who contributed to the R3000.00 already paid to the organisasion. Newton wishes to express our gratitude.
